We share our curated recommendations amidst the city's extensive cultural program.

Agenda
Yerma (Theater)
Simon Stone has transposed Lorca’s play from rural Spain to a contemporary Western metropolis. Directed by Simon Stone and adapted from Federico García Lorca’s original play. From 11.06 to 19.06, 8 pm, Schaubühne am Lehniner Platz, Kurfürstendamm 153, 10709 Berlin
Woyzeck Interrupted (Theater)
Every three days, a woman is killed by her partner or ex-partner in Germany today. This fact is the basis for playwright Mahin Sadri’s and director Amir Reza Koohestani’s newest production. 3 Audiophile Bars to Visit
The "listening bar" culture fits perfectly in a music-centric city like Berlin. Several are already thriving in the city today, with others announcing their upcoming openings. We have selected our favorite bars dedicated to the art of listening to music. Each one offers a unique experience that should not be missed.
Rhinoçeros: A hidden gem in Prenzlauer Berg, where you find great music, excellent cocktails, and a good selection of wines. The menu offers snacks for those with a hearty appetite. It’s your place if you like modern Jazz. It is recommended to reserve a table.
Unkompress: Finally, a listening bar focused on natural wine, coffee, and craft beer. It is on a quiet street in Neukölln close to the Canal. Since its opening a few months ago, it has made a great impression. It has proved itself to be a worthy addition to the Berlin music scene. Their offerings range from Jazz to modern electronic music and include selections that encompass the lineage and tangents in between various eras. They predominantly play entire albums in vinyl record format.
Bar Neiro: Similar to the aforementioned establishments, Bar Neiro is inspired by Japan's jazz-kissas. The music is played using vinyl records, and each LP is played in its entirety. The sound system is custom-built with premium vintage hi-fi components. It’s in Kreuzberg, close to KitKat. Neiro’s original cocktails are delicious and inspired by Japanese bar culture. They also offer a curated selection of spirits and wines. Reservation only.
Schönes Wochenende!
