The last weekend of March is packed with events for every taste. Experimental and avant-garde music lovers can still catch MaerzMusik, while piano enthusiasts celebrate the 10th anniversary of Piano Day with special concerts across the city. On the dancefloor, African Acid is the Future returns to arkaoda as the club space reopens, and Klubnacht at Berghain promises a marathon with Honey Dijon, GiGi FM, and Ben Klock. In theater, Volksbühne presents Back to the Present by Constanza Macras, and for art lovers, Vaginal Davis’ solo exhibition at Gropius Bau is a must. We’re both curious about Ears & Tongues by Klara Hobza on Sonntag project.

Lisa Harres: Time As A Frame (Record Release)

Lisa Harres presents 🎧 Time As A Frame, a delicate fusion of ambient folk, neoclassical, and dream pop. Featuring Ralph Heidel on sax, clarinet, and flute, plus special guests. Puppeteer Akira Schroth opens the night.
Escape with Romeo + Rosa Beton

A night of post-punk and new wave with German cult band 🎧 Escape with Romeo, active since 1989, and 🎧 Rosa Beton, reviving their avant-garde punk roots from East Berlin’s underground scene.
Piano Day 2025 – Open Piano & Concerts

It’s celebrated the 10th anniversary of Piano Day on 29th March and we have selected some events for piano lovers:
For neoclassical piano lovers, Klavierwerkstatt hosts an intimate concert with 🎧 Nathan Shubert and 🎧 Linda Rum. Friday, 28.03. Doors: 7:30 pm; Concert: 8 pm. Alt-Kaulsdorf 18, Pankow. Entry by donation.

Immersion Eleven: Pantha Du Prince (A/V Live)

Back to the Present – New Version by Constanza Macras

Constanza Macras revisits her legendary 2003 piece with a new cast and setting. Pol Taburet - The Burden of Papa Tonnerre
